After serving in the United States Air Force, Vincent D. Morgera attained a law degree from St. John's University School of Law in New York. Jennifer M. Gehringer
Attorney Jennifer M. Gehringer has had extensive legal experience including positions with the Legal Counsel to the Office of the Governor, the RI Attorney General's Office, and the Department of Defense at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
